Muslim Irony Watch - Pope Response
In response to the Pope's comments that Islam was spread by the sword and so, based on violence, the Muslim community is demanding an apology and are going to burn churches and attack Christians until they get it. In fact, they are even threatening suicide attacks on the Pope. Good thing the Pope isn't backing down.

Update: More and more violent Muslim responses are being noted and Muslims are being told by Al Qeada to get out of the US, particularly New York and Washington, hinting at major attacks.

Hello Alan and all,

More proof that religion is the opposite of truth, wisdom, and justice

Now we have the "infallible" Grand Inquisitor (the pot) lecturing Islam (the kettle) about spreading religion through dark deeds and quoting a Dark Ages text while the USA and Europe are in the midst of the Neo-Crusades. The irony and absurdity in this situation is amazing, to say the least.

Dear Pope, ever heard of Karma or the golden rule? Ever stop to remember how the Vatican and western nations became so rich and powerful over the centuries? Ever consider giving up your wealth and earthly power to end the blatant hypocrisy of your vane, materialistic, and duplicitous empire? Remember the "eye of the needle" and "log and mote in the eye" parables? Is this a demonstration of your infallibility, wisdom, or blindness? As another wise one once said; What goes around comes around!

The West has killed far more Muslims (and other dark skins) than they have killed westerners, yet our press and leaders can only see Muslim and "third world" desperation in the face of western military and economic dominance and oppression, (in the name of God and country, by the way), as sources of evil in this world.

Guess what guys and girls, war, violence, and injustice are evil, no matter what the excuse or cause or who is doing it to whom. Anyone who thinks the Creator would judge religion, war, or any other profiteering at the expense of others as wise or acceptable activities has a very big surprise in store.

Here is Wisdom!!
...and here too...

Sorry Alan,
this is really a comment about Seven star hand’s Comments and his links.
I was just wondering where you get your moral authority. You say that war is Evil, no matter what the excuse. Is it truly evil to oppose a regime of oppression and murder, even if that involves stopping that regime by force? Is it better to let mass murder continue, or to step in and protect the victims by force.

I just had a quick look at your blog and you seem to think you are the messiah. In your book you said.
“The author of this book is the long-prophesied Messiah, Lion of the Tribe of Juda, Teacher of Righteousness, and Melchizedek”

You also claim.
“Christianity, the New Testament, and Jesus Christ are Blatant Lies, Strong Delusion, and False Prophecy perpetrated by Rome”

You also claim that ‘fear’ is Evil, when fear can help to prevent harm. Doesn’t the fear of getting involved in a car accident make people drive more safely. Doesn’t the fear of death prevent people from taking stupid risks (well most of the time anyway). Fear does have its place, It is unwarranted fear that can be debilitating, But justified fear can be a good thing.

Sorry again Alan I just had to say something about this.

No worries Heath. I am not worried about someone who pretends they have lots of knowledge and wisdom but can't even identify the period known as the 'Dark Ages'. So much for truth and wisdom.

Also, I have posted a link to the whole text of the Pope's speech.

It's ironic that Seven Star Hand is criticising the pope who was supporting his position that we shouldn't force our religion via violence.
